Barcelona's title hopes were dented as it could only draw, 1-1, at Sevilla in the Primera Liga on Saturday night.

The Catalans had hoped to close to within three points of league leaders Real Madrid with a victory in Andalusia, but went behind on 37 minutes when their former youth player Diego Capel slid in at the far post to put the home side in front.

But Barcelona produced a spirited second-half comeback and equalized through Xavi with 15 minutes remaining.
