The week ahead for Barça
Next Saturday November 24, Barça entertain Víctor Muñoz’s Recreativo Huelva in round thirteen of La Liga. It will be the first action at the Camp Nou for over two weeks.
The team won’t have too much time to get ready for it though. Thirteen players are away on international duty competing for places at Euro 2008 and the 2010 World Cup, while others, like Touré, have friendly internationals.
Frank Rijkaard gave all the players that have stayed behind in Barcelona the weekend off, and work resumes tomorrow Monday at La Masia.
There will be a further session, also in the early evening at the same venue on Tuesday.
On Wednesday November 21, training will be held in the Ciudad Deportiva at Sant Joan Despí.
On Thursday most of the internationals should be back in town, and there will be another late session at La Masia, starting at 18.00.
On Friday, as usual before official matches, the full squad will train behind closed doors at 10.30 in the morning in the Camp Nou itself.
